Hi! I’m Jenny.
As I’m sure you can infer from my URL, I am the wife of a shift worker. My hubby works an insanely hectic Dupont swing-shift schedule at a power plant, and as a family, we’re just trying to find the beauty in chaos and bliss in flexibility.
We got married when we were both 19 years old. Hubby served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years. I attended 4 different colleges and lived in 5 different cities between the age of 18 and 22 so that we could be together. Fast forward 10 years later: We now live in a little house in our little Midwest hometown and are doing the best we know how to raise two lively little boys.
This life…it’s a work in progress. And, as God as my witness, I’m gonna do my best to enjoy the journey.
